Job Title: Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Santa Ana, California
We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This is a part-time position, Monday through Saturday, with hours that will vary based on the workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering multiple phone lines and providing excellent customer service
Taking customer orders and providing accurate estimates
Data entry and filing of documents
Handling collections and following up with customers
Assisting with general office tasks as needed
Maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
Pay is dependent on experience
