Front Office/Administrative Customer Service

(Hayward / Castro Valley)

Part time Front Office Person; Family oriented clothes-free nudist park currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and responsible individual to work days during our Open Season (April – Oct) in our Club office on weekends and some holidays; 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Infrequent ability for a weekend or weekend day off. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities:

Greet members, visitors and guests as they come through our gates on weekends and holidays during Open Season when we are

open to members and prospective members.

Register non-members.

Collect gate fees and member dues and fees.

Conduct check on Megan’s law Internet program to ensure we protect our members and visitors.

Receive and handle office calls and emails.

Manage reservations and registrations of campers.

Route official inquiries to appropriate Board Members.

Light accounting and clerical responsibilities.

Qualifications and skills

Front office customer service and interpersonal skills.

Good verbal and written communications skills. Spanish bi-lingual a plus.

Attention to detail with strong work ethics and positive attitude.

Reliability and punctuality important.

Casual, clean front office appearance – you may wear sarong and sandals. Nudity is not required for the position, however must be

comfortable working with nude clientele.

Capable of data entry, and light administrative duties.

Computer literacy is a plus - MS Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to navigate the internet.

Knowledge of QuickBooks a bonus.
