- 8AM to 8PM EST Monday-Friday

- 11AM-8PM EST Monday-Friday

- Plus one Saturday per month (8AM-2PM EST)

About Us:

We provide premium "concierge-level" support for multiple clients across various industries. Our team members are the friendly, professional voices that represent our clients' brands and deliver exceptional service that goes beyond standard customer support.

What You'll Do:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions across multiple client accounts

- Navigate between different campaigns and product knowledge bases with ease

- Represent our clients with a professional, friendly demeanor at all times

- Manage your workload independently while meeting quality standards

Requirements:

- Advanced computer literacy (quick navigation between tabs, multiple applications)

- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various clients/campaigns simultaneously

- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

- Stable, hardwired internet connection (this is mandatory)

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Self-motivated with strong time management skills

- Quiet home office environment

Interview Process Includes:

- Computer literacy assessment

- Communication skills evaluation
