Shift:
05:30am to 10:30am (Morning)
10:30am to 14:30pm (Lunch)
17:00pm to 21:00pm (Night)
Experience with Japanese cuisine
Compensation: $20.00
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook orders for daily operations.
Advise supervisor of low inventory items; assists in receiving items and taking inventory as required.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area that meet or exceed the state and local Health Board inspection requirements.
May assist by performing other kitchen duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Japanese and American style food ingredients, preparation methods and garnishments.
1-2 years previous experience in the job position beneficial.
Must meet state legal age requirements to work in a bar and kitchen environment.
Basic Computer (POS system) and cash register knowledge, without supervision
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Speaking and/or writing in English and/or Japanese. Not requiring fluency Japanese but prefer.
