Chef team specializing in Vegan food is looking to hire experienced line cooks, prep cooks, and platers, for a cloud kitchen operation.

Available Positions:

Plating Cooks – Ensure dishes are plated with precision and consistency.

Line Cooks – Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production guidelines.

Prep Cooks – Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients to support kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Execute food preparation and plating with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production goals.

Maintain a fast and organized workflow, especially under pressure.

Requirements:

You have legal working status

⁃You would be able to work from 4am-2pm and be punctual

⁃Prep Cooks & Line Cooks: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or vegetarian food setting.

⁃Plating cooks: 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen.

⁃All positions:

- Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.

- Basic computer skills for recipe and production tracking.

- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
