WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5 years minimum experience as site manager and extensive lead carpenter experience. In this position, you will typically run a job from frame to finish and punch
Knowledgeable and skilled at frame to finish carpentry. This position is management and belt on responsibility
Skilled at running and delegating a crew
Able to communicate clearly (both with clients and co-workers)
Team leadership and management skills
Ability to run a schedule and manage trade subcontractors
Be client focused to ensure jobs fall within timeline, budget, and expectations
Able to read and understand architectural blueprints
Consistently enforce safe working practices and follow OSHA guidelines
Have tools of the trade and reliable transportation
COMPENSATION
Competitive industry wage is based on experience - PLUS job performance bonuses that can add up to an additional $10K per year.
