What you will be doing:

As a Deployment Manager, you will be focused on collaborating with our Deployment teams to ensure proper delivery of service standards and expectations from the time of equipment ordering through the ongoing maintenance and service of accounts.

Work closely with the Deployment Managers to meet service expectations such as time to deploy, inventory levels, installation rates, and troubleshooting queues.

Oversee a team of 5-7 Deployment Agents, charged with the programing, shipping, and installation of equipment to merchants.

Manager a dedicated pipeline of accounts from approval to installation in alignment with our service deliver standards.

Partner with the People & Performance team to review team performance metrics for your team while providing feedback and coaching to your team members on goals, expectations, and successes.

Drive additional efficiencies through the use of new and innovative technologies or processes that allow our teams to deliver more memorable experiences for our customers.

Participate in driving the training of new staff throughout the Deployment department.

What you will receive in return

Base Salary Range = $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
