Maintenance Technician Needed for our Apartment Community

Brittany Springs Apartments is currently looking for a Maintenance technician to join our team!

Applicants who can work independently, and also work well in a group setting.

The candidates we are looking for:

Must be on time Hours 8:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Clear background check

Have reliable transportation

Have their own tools

Prior experience in trades or a Skillset applicable to flooring, drywall, light electrical, Painting, appliances, etc.

Plus On Call

Overtime is available
