Bi-lingual Office Assistant performs general administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth functioning of an office, which may include answering phones, filing, organizing, and managing office supplies.

Answering phones, schedule daily routes, sorting mail, and handling correspondence.

Maintaining organized file and ensuring easy retrieval of documents.

Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Providing information to callers, and assisting other staff members with various tasks.

Entering and updating information into databases and spreadsheets.

Operating scanners, copiers, and other office equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:
