Job Description:

Reset Rooftop Bar is looking for dedicated and professional Security personnel to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. As a security team member, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, managing crowd control, checking IDs, and handling any disturbances in a professional manner. Your presence will help create a welcoming yet safe atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

Monitor entry points and check IDs to verify legal drinking age (21+)

Enforce venue policies, including dress code and behavioral standards

De-escalate conflicts and remove unruly guests when necessary

Perform routine security checks throughout the venue

Assist in managing crowd control and maintaining an orderly atmosphere

Communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and other staff

Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies

Work closely with local law enforcement if required

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ years old

Previous security, bouncer, or law enforcement experience preferred

Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
