Entry-Level UX/UI Designer (Mobile Applications)
We are a small but growing tech company made of ex-Google engineers with a track record of delivering innovative products. We’re looking for an entry-level UX/UI Designer to help us create best in class user-centric experiences for iOS, Android, and web platforms. The projects vary in category and scope and we develop 2-3 apps per year.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct UX Research: Investigate competing products and industry trends to understand current user needs and design opportunities.
User Interviews & Testing: Plan and execute user interviews with both existing and potential users to gather insights, validate assumptions, and identify pain points.
Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (in Figma) to visualize and iterate on design solutions.
A/B Testing & Usability Analysis: Develop multiple design variants, oversee A/B tests, and interpret data to refine user flows and interface elements.
Collaborate with Developers: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure your designs are implemented pixel-perfect, maintaining design integrity throughout development.
Maintain Design Consistency: Help build and maintain a cohesive style guide that supports the brand identity and can be scaled across various products.
Contribute to Product Strategy: Engage in brainstorming sessions and bring new ideas to the table as we expand into emerging markets and product lines.

Requirements:
No prior experience or education required - but you must have previous design work. This could include academic projects, personal case studies, or freelance work.
Familiarity with any design tool is required; exposure to Figma is preferred (though not mandatory if you’re willing to learn)
