Driver for Non- Medical Transportation Needed

I am looking for a dependable reliable and compassionate driver that is loacated in Tacoma ( Please unless you live in Tacoma Do NOT contact me ),to drive people injured, and with disabilities. Driving with GPS experince is required . Have to be able to lift a patient on the stretcher so candidate needs to be in a good shape ,and preferably not a smoker.You must have a clean driving record and must be able to pass a background check and drug test .
