Leasing Agent - Part Time

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Leasing Agent!

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to assist with leasing operations and provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants at a market rate apartment building.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct property tours and showcase available units (may include some weekends).

Manage the leasing process, from application to move-in.

Handle tenant inquiries and concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

Leasing or property management experience preferred.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude.

Compensation commensurate with experience
