Office Administration
We are looking for a motivated person with outstanding office skills. Ideal candidate is reliable; detail oriented; a fast learner; has good written and verbal communication skills; willing to take on new tasks as needed; and ability to adapt to changing situations when they occur.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working closely with manager for maintaining an efficient office.
Great Customer Service Phone Skills/ability to foster long lasting relationships with clients.
Problem solver and/or ability to smooth out rough situations.
Able to multi-task phone lines
Facilitate sales and take orders on phone and/or by email.
QuickBooks, Microsoft Office programs and Windows Environment
Ability to work with spread sheets and data entry.
QuickBooks - accounts payable and receivable
Organize daily mail.
Bookkeeping and banking responsibilities.
Work with service employees giving them daily work orders.
Maintain and keep track of assets.
Maintain files and documents accurately and organized.
Additional accounting duties and projects as requested.
Create estimates for prospective clients.
Proficient in English
