Job Title: Server

Join our team as a part-time PM server and be an essential part of our restaurant operations. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a dynamic team centered environment, and value attention to detail, we welcome you to apply. Most essential is a good memory and ability to learn the menu and abbreviations quickly, as you will be writing handwritten tickets to present to the kitchen. Experience required.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

- Attend to customers upon entrance

- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

- Take and serve orders in a fast-paced environment

- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products

- Collaborate with other restaurant servers, hosts and kitchen staff

- Front-of-house food preparation following the proper Food Handling Guidelines

- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

- Issue bills and accept payment

Required or Attained within the first 30 days of hire:

- Certification in Food Handling

- Responsible Beverage Service License
