Connecticut Residential Contract Closing Attorney

Extremely busy real estate law firm seeks candidates for immediately available positions.

Applicants that meet all of the following criteria can work a small amount of hours weekly and earn a great deal of compensation:

-At least 3 years of Connecticut refinance and purchase closing experience;

-Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to all regions of the state;

-Willingness to conduct closings during business hours, in the evening, and occasionally on weekends;

-Ability to be available for a closing with short notice;

-Current Connecticut Notary Commission and Bar Membership;

-Ability to print a closing package remotely;

-Willingness to provide great customer service and ability to stay cool under pressure;

-Active Bar admission or Notary commission in neighboring jurisdictions a plus but not required.
