About the Role
We’re seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to join our busy, high-energy construction office. This position requires someone who’s sharp, friendly, and unflappable under pressure — someone who enjoys being at the center of the action.
What You’ll Do
Manage heavy phone traffic: handle incoming calls, take detailed messages, and pre-screen candidates and clients
Greet and assist walk-in clients and customers with professionalism and warmth
Perform data entry and computer work accurately and efficiently
Help with scheduling, forms, and administrative support tasks as needed
Support team members with follow-ups, email correspondence, and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) — absolutely required
✅ Strong computer and typing skills (fast and accurate)
✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✅ Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
✅ A friendly, upbeat personality with a strong work ethic
✅ Thick skin and a problem-solving mindset — this is construction, not for the faint of heart!
✅ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Additional Details
Schedule: Full-time, in-office position
Interviews: Two-stage process with our team
