We are hiring an experienced air duct cleaning technician with proven field experience using professional methods and equipment. This position is for someone who understands proper cleaning techniques and is comfortable communicating with customers and identifying additional service opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in residential & commercial air duct cleaning
Knowledge of negative air systems, agitation tools (air whips, pogo sticks, brushes), and proper containment
Ability to explain findings and recommendations to customers clearly
Confident, professional, and customer-focused
Comfortable discussing and selling additional services when appropriate
Job Responsibilities
Perform thorough duct cleanings to industry best practices (NADCA experience a plus)
Set up negative air machines and containment properly
Clean supply, return, trunk lines, and HVAC components as needed
Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and facility staff
Identify and present upsell opportunities (dryer vents, coil cleaning, sanitizing, commercial maintenance)
Maintain a clean, professional job site and company image
Requirements
Previous air duct cleaning experience required (not entry-level)
Strong customer service and sales experience
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Drug-free workplace (testing may be required)
Background check required
Ability to lift equipment and work in tight spaces
