About the Role
Buzz Landscape Design & Construction is a design-build landscape construction company focused on high-quality hardscape, irrigation, planting, and outdoor construction projects throughout the Bay Area.
We are hiring a Landscape Construction Project Manager to own projects from kickoff through close-out. This role is responsible for schedule, budget, materials, coordination, and client communication. It is a hands-on management role that requires field awareness and accountability.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple active landscape construction projects
Develop and maintain clear project schedules
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Order materials accurately and on time (hardscape, concrete, irrigation, plants, lighting)
Track job costs, labor hours, and budget performance
Prepare and manage change orders
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
Conduct site walks, quality control, and punch lists
Maintain job documentation, photos, and updates

Required Experience
5+ years in landscape construction or construction project management
Strong understanding of:
Hardscape construction
Drainage and irrigation systems
Construction sequencing and site logistics
Ability to read plans, details, and specifications
Experience managing schedules and job budgets
Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications
Bay Area permitting and inspection experience
Experience with project management software (Jobber, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
