Assistant Property Manager
Beacon Hill Associates is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a commercial office property portfolio.In this role, you'll assist with customer relations, budgeting, invoicing coordination, vendor management, and overall property operations while helping drive tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.Daily Duties:Build and maintain strong tenant relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyAssist with tenant communications, including move-in and move-out coordination and related documentationPrepare and send templated tenant correspondence and maintain move-in/move-out tracking sheetsReview and code invoices for payment and tenant bill-backsAssist with budgeting, expense tracking, and variance explanationsSupport capital improvement projects and preventative maintenance programsCoordinate vendor services and assist with contract managementConduct regular property inspections and monitor work order activityAssist with lease review, lease documentation, and follow-up executionSupport tenant billing coordination and collection efforts as neededPartner with internal teams during tenant renewals and tenant projectsEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and internal proceduresTop Three Daily Tasks:Preparing tenant communications and updating move-in/move-out documentationInteracting with tenants and supporting customer relationsCoding invoices and coordinating tenant bill-back chargesIdeal Candidate:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience3-5 years of experience in full-service commercial office property managementExperience with budgeting, reporting, and expense tracking preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsProactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and property management systemsAdditional Details:Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours, no overtime)Team: Small onsite teamParking: Onsite parking providedTraining: On-the-job trainingIf you are a driven property management professional looking to grow into a Property Manager role while supporting daily commercial office operations, apply through Beacon Hill Associates.Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.If you would like to complete our voluntary self-identification form, please click here or copy and paste the following link into an open window in your browser: https://jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com/eeoc/Completion of this form is voluntary and will not affect your opportunity for employment, or the terms or conditions of your employment.
