Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually

Emerald is hiring a hands-on Event Marketing Manager to run marketing execution for two major events:

Prosper Show (Amazon & eCommerce sellers) and

B2B Marketing Exchange (B2BMX) (B2B demand gen, ABM, and sales/marketing alignment).

This role is for someone who likes doing the work—not just talking about it. You’ll bring campaigns from concept to launch

across email, social, paid, and web. You’ll work closely with creative, sales, content, and registration teams to keep everything

on time and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive registration, awareness, and engagement.

Build and manage campaign calendars to ensure deliverables launch on time.

Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to turn goals into clear tactics.

Email Marketing

Draft, build, and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot (or similar platforms).

Maintain and segment lists, schedule sends, and ensure brand voice + accuracy.

Coordinate email fulfillment tied to partner deliverables and sponsorships.

Social Media & Community

Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Write post copy, source imagery, and track engagement.

Monitor comments/messages and respond or flag questions as needed.

Paid & Digital Advertising

Support paid media by providing creative assets, links, and copy to agencies/contractors.

Coordinate ad messaging and targeting to match campaign goals.

Monitor pacing and performance at a tactical level.

Website & Landing Pages

Update event websites with new content, images, and registration info.

Coordinate landing pages, forms, and pricing updates with internal teams.

QA pages for accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment.

Content & Partnerships

Coordinate deliverables for media partners and influencers (copy, imagery, tracking links).

Help craft newsletters and partnership emails to grow audiences.

Support creative requests, proof assets, and route approvals.

Operational Support

Maintain project files and assets across OneDrive, Smartsheet, and HubSpot.

Coordinate timelines and approvals across internal teams and contractors.

Support on-site and virtual marketing activations leading up to each show.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience (events/conferences/digital media preferred).

Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end (email, social, web updates).

Strong writing and editing skills; able to adjust tone for different audiences.

Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple deliverables across two brands.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and operations teams.

Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Target compensation: $80,000–$85,000 (final offer depends on experience and location requirements).
