Regional BI Marketing Executive/Manager
MISSION :In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize revenue growth to support the business objectives across Australian, New Zealand, Japanese and South Korean market.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, direct, and execution of the marketing and communication strategy and programs to increase customer interest and demand for products and services across assigned markets (Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea);Liaise with the Global Marketing team in building and supporting use cases targeted to specific customer verticals (Account Based Marketing);Liaise with local market Marketing resources and key stake holders in connection with campaigns and events plan and develop a yearly marketing activity calendar, based on the prioritized initiatives, goals, and activities originating from the strategy;Development of relevant content to support use cases in order to drive targeted marketing campaigns;Oversee the development and implementation of social media initiatives;Support the delivery of all the required assets, collateral and campaigns.Train and support of the in-country marketing staff;Oversee the creation and implementation of new initiatives based on business needs;Implement and improve key marketing systems (Eloqua) to drive lead generation and lead qualification;Build sales pipeline for business unit’s broad range of products and services using marketing services delivery teams’ offering;Provide reports to management on marketing campaign performance and results (leads generation and lead conversion);Interpret marketing and customer data to identify new opportunities to best target business customers;Analyze and optimize campaign results and perform quarterly post mortems.
