Responsibilities:Pre-Litigation Case Management: Handle cases from intake through settlement, including case strategy, documentation, and complianceCase Progression: Complete Flip-to-Lit and TD approvals when appropriate, manage release approvals, and guide clients through the case lifecycleDocument Preparation: Draft and prepare pre-litigation documents such as demands and settlement packagesSettlement Negotiations: Manage demand package creation and negotiate settlements with carriersTeam Leadership: Supervise 6–10 Case Managers, ensure KPI compliance, and maintain quality control standardsClient Interaction: Conduct recorded statements, prepare clients for Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), and prepare clients for and attend 50-h hearingsPractice Focus: Primarily personal injury cases, especially motor vehicle accidents
