Cafe Assistant

We’re now looking for a Café Assistant for our Wigram Village who shares our love for people and hospitality.You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our café. From making great coffee to creating tasty cabinet food and light meals, you’ll help make our café a warm and welcoming place for residents, their families, and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standardProviding outstanding barista servicesAssisting with catering for village events and resident functionsHandling cash and reconciling daily takingsYou’ll work closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that’s welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.The shifts/hours for this role are: Monday 9:30am-6pm,Tuesday 9:30am-3:30pm, Friday 9:30am-3:30pm Saturday 9:30am-3:30pm, and Sunday 9:30am-6pm.
