The Tax Manager is responsible for managing the company’s tax compliance, tax provision, tax planning, and tax audit functions. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations while supporting the organization’s overall tax strategy and financial reporting requirements.  Role and Responsibilities: Manage and review income tax provision calculations, including the effective tax rate, uncertain tax positions, deferred tax assets and liabilities, valuation allowances, journal entries, and tax account roll forwards. Manage US international tax calculations including GILTI, BEAT, FTC, FDII, etc., and the impact of acquisitions or divestitures. Review transfer pricing calculation and documentation. Oversee preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns. Manage estimated tax payments, extensions, and other required tax filings. Review of Research and Development credit calculation. Manage federal, state, and local tax audits and inquiries. Conduct technical tax research and prepare documentation supporting tax positions. Monitor tax law changes and assess impacts on the company. Assist or manage other ad hoc/special projects (e.g., Pillar 2 analysis, transfer pricing modeling, tax planning, M&A, sales/use/withholding tax assistance, review business contracts, etc.) as needed.
