David Weekley Homes is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer 2027 Construction Management Intern to join our Indianapolis team. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced homebuilding professionals, gain exposure to residential construction and discover what it takes to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience.What You’ll Experience:Gain firsthand exposure to the entire homebuilding process, from pre-contract activities through construction, closing and post-closing serviceLearn the day-to-day responsibilities of a Builder, including scheduling, quality assurance, safety, cost management and material controlSee the David Weekley Way in action and understand the standards that guide how we build homes and serve our CustomersParticipate in the warranty process, including reviewing service requests and helping address Customer questions and concernsDevelop an understanding of how exceptional Customer Service contributes to homeowner satisfaction and overall business success
