Customer Service / Telemarketing

The main duties and responsibilities of this position would be to solicit customers for annual heating and cooling maintenance and maintenance plans, answer the phones, transfer calls, and take messages at the office. Computer skills/data entry is required. This is not a typical cold-calling/telemarketing service - you will be calling established customers with many of them awaiting our calls.

The possible hours would be Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (up to 35 hours/week). It is a part-time (could lead to full time), at-will position earning $10.00/Hour, plus commission, with no other benefits. The last average per hour rate paid (hourly rate + commission) was $14.75/Hour (this is only limited by your level of self-initiation and motivation). Business, hours, and commission fluctuates seasonally; this is a permanent position with the opportunity for office management. Know that commissions greatly increase in the spring and fall ($25+/Hr). An easy opportunity is here - if you like to work steady and if you really want to make money.
