Real Estate Office: part-time administrative assistant needed

Overview:
We are seeking an upbeat and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team. As our Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative and technical support to our staff. This is a part-time position. Monday - Friday 10AM - 2PM.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Knowledge of office equipment - printers, phones, laptops etc.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Input and manage active listings and transactions in RMLS and SkySlope
- Digital media creation for Agents as needed
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading
- Provide support to Owner and Real Estate Agents as needed
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and reliability are a MUST
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role, experience in Real Estate or related industry is a plus
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with Mac is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
