Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-FridayQPS Employment Group is hiring for a Customer Service role in the Springfield, MO area. This is an associate to hire opportunity.Customer Service Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls from doctor's offices, lawyer's offices, and other venues

- 3rd party medical insurance biller

- Data entry

- Customer service

- Computer documenting and chartingCustomer Service Requirements:

- Full background check

- Great customer service skills

- Good with computers
