The Consumer Marketing Organization defines consumer vision, product management, business plans and go-to-market strategy for one of the company’s largest multi-billion-dollar revenue businesses, which includes Windows, Surface, M365, Microsoft Edge, Bing, and Copilot.Microsoft Edge browser share is critical to our consumer business strategy. People spend more time browsing the Web on PCs than any other activity in desktop computing. This role focuses on the new AI-powered browser that is leading the way in this new era of AI and Copilot.The WebXT Growth team is looking for a data-driven, product marketer and growth hacker, who thinks outside the box, that will develop and execute disruptive growth marketing strategies to increase the adoption, usage, and retention of Microsoft Edge, on both PC and Mobile, as well as ownership of our Copilot and Edge better together (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/copilot?ep=370&es=84&form=MA13FJ) growth scenarios and tactics, as well as Copilot Mobile App daily active users (DAU) growth and Rhythm of Business (ROB).As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Microsoft Edge and Copilot in the WebXT Consumer Growth team focused on Edge and search, ad and News (SAN) growth, you'll also be responsible for growing revenue by defining strategy and driving execution for our critical SAN revenue drivers in Edge, including distinct search queries (DSQ) volume, and default search settings in Edge. Additionally, you will be executing disruptive growth ideas end-to-end across a wide variety of stakeholders to grow Edge share and Bing share in Edge. Plan, lead and execute x-company growth strategies, increase monthly active users, engaged usage and love for Microsoft Edge and Copilot, as well as grow revenue.

X-org and X-discipline management: you will have to work across multiple stakeholders and bring different point of view (POV)s together to rally around a common goal.

Program Management: end-to-end ownership of both strategy and execution in areas that present challenges but have a lot of potential for incremental growth and revenue.

Out-of-the-box thinking: growth ideas should be new and exciting, challenge the status quo, disrupt the fixed mindset approach to traditional growth avenues.

ROB and planning: gain expertise in how to run the business day-to-day rhythm, knowing the business inside out in order to make the best data-driven decisions.

Live and breathe customer needs research and insights, with a deep understating of customer journeys and market positions.

Work with internal partners, including business planning, finance, research, engineering, and marketing to execute strategies with passion, precision, and excellence.

Think creatively about customer/business challenges and generate innovative growth tactics.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

OR equivalent experience.

2+ years experience communicating and evangelizing strategy across organizational boundaries.

2+ years experience with websites as campaign landing destinations for Go to Market (GTM) and growth executions.

2+ years experience with end-to-end ownership of marketing executions, from ideation to experimentation, at scale rollout, and optimizations through experimentation.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business

OR related field AND 6+ years experience in business

OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business

OR related field AND 8+ years experience in business

OR equivalent experience.

4+ years experience in product marketing, growth marketing, with a deep understanding of the browser market.

Experience identifying growth opportunities, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Experience as a written and verbal data-driven storyteller, that can inform and influence decision marking across executives and the broader organization.

Experience working in a dynamic environment, across a wide variety of stakeholders and disciplines, earning trust and collaborating with Engineering, Business Planning, Finance, and Marketing partners.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
