Our growing Property Management Company is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The key responsibility of this position is answering multi-line phones in a fast-paced environment; the ideal candidate must have prior experience answering multi-line phones. Other duties include scheduling appointments and responding to emails along with light administrative support. The right fit for this position will have excellent customer service skills, a welcoming personality, attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Web and social media marketing knowledge is a plus. Punctuality and dependability are a must!
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years experience answering busy multi-line phones
Strong scheduling skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to switch tasks and prioritize
Willingness to take initiative and self-motivated
Professional appearance
Must be willing to undergo background check

This is a full-time in-office position with no option for remote work. The hours are M-F 8:00-5:00 / $18.00-$18.50/per hour DOE, we offer PTO and paid holidays.
