We are a Uniform Apparel Company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy providing top-notch service, then this position is for you. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and appointments.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Process order and quote requests promptly and accurately.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.

Update customer information in the database.

Collaborate closely with sales reps with other team members.

Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas.

Ability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00am to 4:30pm.
