Clear Coast Debt Relief is a debt settlement company headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, and is seeking a talented customer service representative. Customer service representative will work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. All customer service representatives service clients on the phones and through email and sometimes via text. They will be responsible for managing/prioritizing the day-to-day tasks to be the most efficient and productive with handling client requests and de-escalating difficult conversations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with all requests
De-escalating intense phone conversations
Contact clients periodically to determine if there has been changes in their financial status
Update CRM to accurately reflect the outcomes of customer interactions
Requirements:
High school diploma
3+ years of customer service experience (preferably in debt settlement)
Experience de-escalating intense phone conversations
Experience assisting clients over the phone and email
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively'
