HVAC & Plumbing Company is looking for a part time Entry Level Receptionist with the potential to move to a full time position. We are looking for someone who possesses a great work ethic, takes the initiative, and has excellent customer & communication skills. Entry Level Receptionist-

Qualifications needed:

Office experience preferred

Computer skills preferred: (Outlook, Word & Excel)

Organization skills

Job description: Answering & directing phone calls, organization, filing, e-mail correspondence, working with project managers, generate excel and word documents, creating invoices, accounts payables, accounts receivables, prevailing wage reports along with other miscellaneous office duties.

All Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record. Applicant must also pass a pre-employment drug screen. Wage is dependent upon experience. We offer paid vacation, 6 paid holidays and participate in education expense. We also contribute to Health Insurance after probationary period.
