Overview

We are a condo association offering a full-time position with excellent benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for an honest, dependable, mature, and motivated individual. Janitorial and maintenance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. You must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Hours

Full-time day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location

Hawaii Kai, Oahu

Pay

$20 per hour

Responsibilities

Perform basic building maintenance work

Change lights, ballasts, and perform basic wiring

General pool cleaning

Tighten sink pipes and toilets

Mow lawns, trim hedges, and perform basic landscaping

Perform basic carpentry as required

Perform other basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications

Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical work

Working knowledge of hand and power tools

Hardworking and willing to learn with a positive attitude
