Sr. Technical Sales Architect - Zoom Spaces
What you can expectThe Zoom Spaces TSA role is a highly technical, A/V solutions expert that will help increase the technical relevance of our solutions engineering community. The role requires working cross-functionally to ensure that the products and solutions we bring to market in our Zoom Spaces portfolio are successful. TSAs will help prioritize development efforts in collaboration with product teams, sales leadership, engineering, and business executives.About the TeamThe Sr. Technical Sales Architecture (TSA) team plays a crucial role in building the foundation to deliver Zoom’s technical solutions to customers. Zoom TSAs act as liaisons between our Field and Sales organization and our Product Team.What we’re looking for
10+ years hands-on experience in a customer facing role with both cloud and on-premises A/V platforms. This includes Zoom, Cisco, Poly and Microsoft solutions
10+ years working directly with Audio and Video Conferencing Technologies, Video Conferencing endpoints from leading manufacturers such as Poly, Logitech, Cisco, Neat, Yealink, etc.
Experience with Video integration 3rd party bridging solutions such as Pexip and Poly.
Experience with A/V Integration experience with Crestron, Extron, AMX or Q-SYS
Possess deep Knowledge of video processing and signal distribution technologies
Experience with audio DSP platforms and programming
Experience with professional A/V production environments working with SDI, NDI, Dante and other A/V networking protocols.
Possess SaaS Collaboration sales experience i.e web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS, VCaaS
