Manufacturing Estimating Engineer

Now hiring Estimation Engineer for Tulsa Manufacturing Facility

This position requires 2 plus years of experience as an estimator in the manufacturing industry or 3-4 years as an assistant estimator who is ready to step into the estimator role.

Duties:

- Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.

- Utilize CAD (CATIA or SOLIDWORKS) for drawings.

- Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure accurate estimation of materials and labor costs.

- Interpret schematics to determine project feasibility and cost implications.

- Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD for creating and reviewing technical drawings.

- Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards.

- Support project managers in developing competitive bids and proposals.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or degree can be substituted for experience.

- Proven experience in estimation engineering within the plastics injection molding industry.

- Proficiency in tooling design, assembly processes, and programming logic controllers.

- Strong knowledge of GD&T, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CAM programming.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.

- Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes for cost efficiency.
