Home Pro Elite Construction Group is expanding and currently looking for an entrepreneurial individual who desires to own their own business. This opportunity is to learn the business and then take over as the Franchise Owner for their region.

In 2025 Home Pro Elite Construction group will be selling franchises for $20,000.00 each. This is a ground floor opportunity to get in without the upfront Franchise Fee.
A successful candidate will either have management experience or Construction trade experience.
Are you a skilled craftsman with a passion for fixing things?
Repairing creaky doors, leaky faucets, and ugly light fixtures
Crafting sturdy shelves, functional cabinets, and reliable fences
Patching and painting drywall areas
A large variety of tasks
Communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining a tidy workspace (no rogue tools or drywall dust allowed!)
Qualifications:
Proficiency in handling both hand tools and power tools (hammers, saws, and drills)
Ability to troubleshoot common household issues (leaky faucets, broken locks, etc.)
Strong work ethic (we don’t tolerate laziness)
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations (no turning coworkers into newts)
Must own a reliable car/truck and tools. We can rent or loan some for those one off types.
Must be able to work solo jobs and jobs with a team.
Must have a strong attention to detail and to work at an efficient pace (even when there are chatty homeowners)
Must be able to communicate with clients in English.
