Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure online file organization
Be in communication with carriers, client and agents
Qualifications
Ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Google Drive
Experience using Monday helpful
Experience using Social Media
Need someone LOCALLY for following days and times:
Monday 8 am (sharp) - 12 noon
Tuesday 12 noon - 9 pm
Wednesday - TBD - Flexible
Thursday TBD - Flexible
Friday 10 am - 2 pm
Saturday 930 am - 1230 pm
15+ hours per week
