We are seeking a Part-time Office Assistant who will provide office administrative support. You

will be responsible for entering data using QuickBooks program, responding to general email

inbox inquiries, upholding office protocols to streamline our processes, working with vendors

to source, order, and manage quality control when ordering plants and materials. Assisting field

employees with general questions and assisting with other tasks as signed by our CEO, Office

Manager and Administrative assistant. Being fluent in Spanish & English is required. You will be

translating documents, data and speaking with Spanish speaking employees on a daily basis.

Administrative office operates Monday - Friday 8AM to 4PM

Compensation: DOE, range from $19 - $24/ Hour.

Job type: Part-time, 20 - 30 hrs/week

Schedule: Monday - Friday (time is Flexible with-in business operating times.)

Location: In-Person, Sonoma, CA.

Qualifications:

Bilingual: fluent in English & Spanish required.

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.

Comfortable to proficient using various computer programs like (Windows products, Word,

Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks, Apple products, Pages, Numbers, iCal, PDF, and Google suite

products.)

Elevated customer service experience.

Other important competencies: Action oriented, Collaborates, Manages ambiguity,

Resourcefulness, Decision quality.

Responsibilities:

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office

operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and

projects.

This role will perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing

documents.

Translate reports, and correspondence, from Spanish to English. Prepare other documents.

Greet office visitors; vendors, customers, employees, with elevated customer service.

Manage Job/Project board by updating information for projects, update plant/material orders.
