Office Assistant/Permit Technician Needed

Delta T Energy is hiring for a new full-time office assistant position. Our company specializes in sustainable construction and consulting engineering. The roll will be office based with primary involvement with our field team and permit coordination with the local building departments. We require an individual with min. 32 hours of availability per week -either 8-4 or 9-5. Experience would be great but we are more interested in hiring/training the person that is the best fit. Our daily office workflow consists of the following tasks.

-Filing invoices.

-Calendar/scheduling our field team.

-Answering general phone line.

-Submitting permits at the building department.

-Discussing project specifics with contractors.

-Maintaining supplies/ordering equipment, etc.

Skills required

-Punctual

-Basic computer skills(word, excel, etc.)

-Great customer service

-High level of organization.

-Great time management

-Resourcefulness

-Detail oriented
