Office Administrator Needed
Marin based Construction company is seeking a Office Administrator.
We are seeking a highly organized individual who can:
Answer and screen calls with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
Distribute and filter correspondence, compose emails, take meeting notes, and letters with efficiency.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Assist the Office Manager with day to day tasks and assist Project Managers with special projects.
Tasks include, Client billings with Excel, invoice input, insurance collection, insurance request, Conditional and Unconditional releases and filing, and Accounting.
Must Have: Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge in Microsoft-Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.10 key experience preferred but not required. Must be able to learn new software.
Some HR experience welcome.
Be a self starter, take directions, and be able to handle a fast paced environment with the ability to problem solve.
Must be able to communicate in an effective manner and be able to adapt if need be.
