WILKE FLEURY is looking for a temporary full-time Records/Data Entry Clerk to assist with a long-term project. This position is on-site, 5 days per week from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and works directly under the supervision of the firm’s Executive Director. This project involves converting indexing physical files and data entry projects, using the firm’s document management system (DMS) and records management system (RMS). Candidate must be technologically saavy and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must learn new software quickly, closely follow instructions, and take ownership over the project to completion. Must be capable of learning and utilizing the firm’s software programs, including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, iManage (DMS), Adobe Acrobat Pro (.pdfs) and the internet. Must type a minimum of 45 wpm. The Records/Data Entry Clerk will be trained as a back-up receptionist in the event members of the Administrative team need additional support.
