Invoicing Data Entry Clerk

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be able to put speed and accuracy to use when entering data.

Computer knowledge

Detail-oriented person.

Multi-task.

Work independently with limited supervision.

Be available to work overtime if needed.

The candidate will be responsible for invoicing orders, sales at will call and customer delivery operations.

Order entry.

Ensure orders are invoiced within timelines.

Prepare daily delivery routes.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor.
