We continue to grow at an accelerated rate and need an enthusiastic, dedicated, well-spoken team member to help build our internal processes, keep our office and team on track, enjoy participating in internal and client-facing projects, support our marketing efforts, and fill in the gaps where they appear. You will work closely with our COO and Director of Finance and help shape our company as we scale and contribute to the definition and delivery of our portfolio of services. We need your help in various areas and need someone who is willing and able to multi-task and tackle a variety of responsibilities. The main areas of focus will be:
Project Management and Shipping / Receiving
Create and track tasks for a variety of projects, both internal and external
Manage communications with clients regarding status of project tasks
Handle all shipping and receiving, including communications with the client
Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints
Keep a meticulous record of shipment information
Create project materials, presentations as necessary
Manage project resources to project completion
Office Management
Create and manage team events
Assist the COO and Director of Operations with various tasks: team meetings, project tracking, reporting
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Manage daily lunch orders for the office
Overall office resource management
Requirements:
BA / BS degree from a 4 year university
EXCELLENT WRITTEN, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are a MUST
Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
You have an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to wear different hats, and are constantly looking to grow and learn
Ability to effectively prioritize and independently take initiative
Finance experience a plus!
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, demanding environment
You are a strong and flexible teammate. No job is too small - or too big!
Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback when appropriate
Tech savvy with an understanding or interest in SaaS, other software, and cloud services preferred
Legal to work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening
