KG technologies is leading the world in developing high-quality latching relays and solutions to support the growth of the smart metering market. The company also engages in the EV market by supplying high reliability to DC Applications, which includes Electric Vehicles, EV power charging devices, DC power servers, energy storage and battery systems.

The Role

The Operations Coordinator organizes the activities of daily operations and customer service. This position works closely with KG Technologies Sales, Engineering and Finance Departments.

As the Operations Coordinator, you approach challenges as opportunities, a team-player with a high level of dedication contributing to the team’s success. A well-organized individual, eager to learn the business and the role, all while taking a proactive approach by anticipating obstacles, and offering solutions. This position is a full-time role and requires the individual to be on-site working along with our team at K G Technologies headquarters in Rohnert Park, CA.

Key Requirements

· Prior work experience in Operations or a similar/ transferable field

· Knowledge of Purchase Order processing

· Proficiency in ERP software system, preferably SAP

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Skilled in Microsoft Office suite

Key Responsibilities

· Day-to-Day operations

· Invoicing (contract manufacturer & customer)

· Pre-and Post-Sales support

· Order acknowledgement (OA) and order confirmation (OC) for customers

· Coordinate accounts with the sales center
