HOTEL UTAH SALOON IS LOOKING FOR A COOK

The Historic Hotel Utah Saloon is looking for an experienced full-time cook.

Qualifications:

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook

Food Handler card and working knowledge of sanitation standards

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Ability to work under pressure

Can do attitude

Culinary school diploma is a plus, but not required
