COMMERICAL MASONRY FOREMAN

Minimum of 4 years experience as a commercial masonry foreman or similar experience.

Ensures company policies, OSHA and all state and federal rules and regulations are followed.

Responsible for ensuring projects are built per drawings/specifications/ code requirements, schedules, company QC standards and budget

Prefer knowledge of multiple types of scaffold (conventional, Non Stop and mast climbers)

Must either already possess or be able to have Scaffold, Fall Protection certification and OSHA 30 card.

Prefer bilingual in English/ Spanish.

Experience on public projects a plus.
