Currently operating two facilities CarWash808 Express in Waipio Gentry and the newest addition CarWash808 Express in Kapolei. We also operate a modern full service convenience store Pau Hana Express featuring a fuel station offering all four grades of gasoline and diesel fuel, which is located next to CarWash808 Express in Kapolei.

Position: Accounts Payables/ Receivables Clerk at our Corporate Office in Wahiawa
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Use Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for daily reports and spreadsheets
- Process and verify invoices for payments and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
