Location: 181 N Arroyo Grande Blvd #190, Henderson, NV 89074
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Employment Type: Hourly Full Time Non-Exempt
Salary: $20-$24/hr

Responsibilities and Duties:
As a key member of the Design & Construction team, the Landscape Construction Materials Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of landscaping projects. Responsibilities include:
Purchasing all job-related materials to guarantee timely and budget-friendly project completion.
Planning, executing, and managing the purchasing and allocation of materials, maintaining vendor relations, researching alternative materials resources, and identifying areas for operational improvement.
Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services necessary for landscape construction projects.
Collaborating with project management, designers, accounting, and vendors to ensure efficient procurement of all required items.
Key Duties:
Reviewing materials needs and purchasing materials as required.
Maintaining Inventory Items, including additions, pricing updates, and annual updates.
Ensuring supplies and tools are available for crews.
Providing recommendations for improvement.
Procuring landscape materials, including but not limited to plants, raw materials, and equipment.
Consulting catalogs and contacting suppliers for prices and specifications.
Computing the total cost of items purchased and assisting with vendor reconciliations.
Negotiating with trade partners for the best terms, rebates, and pricing.
Reviewing project plans, specifications, and purchasing lists to understand project scope and requirements.
Qualifications:
Landscape industry experience.
Proficiency in computer programs for data management and digital communication, including Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word), Co-Construct, and Quickbooks
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated.
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good negotiating skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to monitor own work for quality with limited supervision.
Above-average attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
